Your questions, answered.
How quickly can this loan close?
Eligible deals may close in as little as 48 hours after approval, clear title, and complete documentation. Property, project complexity, funding source, and escrow readiness affect timing. We’ll review your specific deadline.
Are appraisals or inspections required?
Select programs do not require a third-party appraisal or on-site lender inspection. Valuation reports, property review, and construction draw inspections may still be required depending on the project and funding program.
How much can I borrow?
Loan sizes range from $100,000 to $5 million, subject to the applicable program. Available leverage depends on the property, budget, valuation, borrower, and funding source. We will confirm the proposed amount after reviewing your deal.
